I enjoy working with people who believe they are at their breaking point and don't know what else to do. Whether it be "mid-life crisis", going to college, school and work demands, relationship issues, struggles with parenting, stress, or managing your mental health. Do you look in the mirror and not recognize yourself? Does your teen appear to be struggling? Do you often wonder if there is something more?
