I approach therapy with a family systems lens, working to foster change and improve the functioning of individuals and families they are part of. I provide therapy for young children ages 2-10, in addition to adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, challenging life transitions, self-esteem, and trauma. For adults, I utilize CBT and a person-centered approach to work towards a healthier and happier life that meets you where you're at, whatever stage of life that may be. For children, my work incorporates Play Therapy techniques to allow children to express emotions, process events, and build positive connections.
