As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health specialist, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to process it all. Whether you're navigating big emotions, changes in identity, or just trying to hold it all together, you deserve support that truly sees you. I offer virtual sessions for mental health with a specialty in perinatal mental health. I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which many see improvements in as little as one session.
