Are you feeling uncertain about who you are or what comes next? Whether you're questioning aspects of your identity, navigating a major life transition, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I'm here to co-create a collaborative, affirming space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences with curiosity and compassion. I work with individuals across the lifespan (ages 13–65) who are seeking clarity, healing, or change. Many of my clients come to therapy to explore gender identity, sexual orientation, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions.
