Life transitions are hard to navigate and you don’t have to do it alone. Getting married, having children and teenagers, empty nesting, divorce, or the loss of a loved one/s are major life changes that I, as a family systems therapist can help with. While working at the hospital I became aware how difficult these changes can be and now in my own practice I specialize in helping people navigate transitions with grace. In my own process of transitioning and grief I discovered the significance of acceptance commitment therapy and somatic work (working with the nervous system), which have become part of my practice.
