Hello! My name is Anh Tran, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I focus on connecting and building trust first and foremost, allowing each client to lead their treatment. Having a specialty in art therapy, I typically use art and creative modalities to support clients towards self reflection and deeper insight into themselves and discover their own wisdom throughout their treatment. I am a first generation Vietnamese-American woman of color who is passionate about dismantling the stigma around therapy, mental health, and empowering ourselves and communities to reconnect to our true self.
