If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or caught in cycles of self-doubt or stress, even when you “know better,” you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. Using a cognitive‑behavioral approach, we’ll identify and gently challenge unhelpful thoughts, build practical coping skills, and develop tools you can use daily.
