As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California, I have had the privilege of working with adults, couples, and families in various capacities throughout my career. I have honed my skills and expertise by training within a multicultural outpatient clinic, where I focused on serving under-represented populations, particularly those of color. This exposure has enriched my ability to offer culturally sensitive and inclusive therapy. I have guided clients in effectively managing stress, anxiety, self-worth, relationship issues, career challenges, caregiver stress, and depression.
