Recovering from problems requires support, love and encouragement in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere. I love helping people overcome and heal from their problems, and grow as individuals. I work with individuals 21 and older. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I specialize in codependency, abuse, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Advanced Integrative Therapy to heal root causes of trauma, anxiety and depression. I help my clients work through and resolve their problems. I am a Certified Holistic Life Coach, taught by Alan Cohen, M.A.
