Hello there, I am so happy you found my profile, I’m a millennial therapist that has a background in working in patient treatment for AOD rehab setting/ adults struggling with anxiety, panic and depression. The thing is, regardless of my background I am here to support you and what you need individually. No one knows your story and what you’re going through like you and that’s the focus for our time together. I tailor my sessions to your needs (within my scope, of course) to help you reach your therapeutic goals. Let’s consult and see if I’m the right fit! I come from a CBT focused background, but CBT does not solve it all. I also incorporate DBT Skills and trauma focused work. Once we get your nervous system regulated we can address underlying issues.
