Anita V. Gutierrez, LCSW I strongly believe that's it's an honor to help others find their path to their best life ever. I enjoy working with adults and being present in their recovery. I have experience in working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety and trauma. I have trained in different modalities but enjoy using solution focused, CBT and trauma informed care in my approach to helping others. I strive to be accepting and mindful of what my clients are going through and offer emotional support by going at their pace.
