Hi, I am a licensed marriage and therapist with 25 years of clinical background. I have helped clients overcome barriers in their personal lives and relationships in order to thrive and live authentically . I provide safety, hope, understanding, and a way forward when dealing with clients' challenges and relationships. I advocate a philosophy of acceptance, compassion, empathy, and a respectful, non-judgmental style with all my clients. Through open and honest conversations my clients gain insight into their thoughts patterns, emotions, and past experiences to cultivate deeper insight and self-awareness. To experience and be with another human being through the process of struggle, change, and healing is the greatest reward for me as a therapist.
