Living in the PAUSE, PLLC Practice, Authentic, Unapologetic, Self, Evolution is the PAUSE. This is accomplished through an eclectic therapeutic approach to your needs. Learning to Practice the "PAUSE" is a change in the way we move through everyday life. I believe in a strength-based approach and providing a judgement free environment. I also trust in people’s capacity to expand their own skills, develop, and accomplish their goals. Through connection, affirmation, acceptance, and empowerment clients can establish better coping skills and healthy boundaries to improve their circumstances. With over five years in substance use disorder treatment, I am dedicated to advocacy and compassionate care. I have extensive experience leading group therapy for all ages, including those involved in family, recovery, and adolescent recovery courts. I approach therapy with compassion, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique journey.
