If you find yourself feeling stuck in life, locked in the grip of persistent anxiety and depression, or are worried that an important relationship is in trouble, I would like to offer my help. Life presents many challenges, and I'm guessing that you've been able to respond well to most of them, but when stress overwhelms your ability to find a way through the challenges, you can find empowerment and clarity with the help of a therapist who helps you to feel truly seen, understood, and accepted. I am here to listen deeply and compassionately, and together we will explore new ways of being and evolving to help clear the way ahead. My holistic approach includes work on many levels: emotional, cognitive, somatic and transpersonal, all of which contribute to our happiness and well-being. I also draw from a number of time-tested psychotherapeutic modalities including Psychodynamic, AEDP, DBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Core Self Reclamation Therapy (CSRT) & Body-Mind approaches.
