I work with adults using a psychoanalytic perspective to explore internal conflicts, examine relationship patterns, and increase self-awareness and insight. I specialize in intensive long-term psychotherapy, as I find that meeting more than once a week is helpful for many clients. I also provide clinical supervision to mental health professionals and trainees. I am licensed in VT and NH and offer meetings either in person or via telehealth.
