I am trained in body-based, or mind/body, psychotherapy. I don't work with any one piece of a person, single incident, or symptom of a diagnosis. I see you as a whole person, within the context of your past and present life, and target the root cause of the "dis-ease" you are experiencing. I believe therapy is not only about feeling better, but finding choice, control, and a grounded sense of your Self. You are more than any diagnosis, you are a person who moves through life in your own unique way. I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and personality.
