What would your life be like if you could love yourself freely? What’s getting in the way? A behavior? Fear? Shame? Grief?Childhood trauma? Chronic stress from living in a world that was not designed for you? You may not know but you’d like to. If you are open to braving the truth, ready to try new skills (especially if your coping strategies are harmful), and willing to commit to yourself, I support you. My style is experiential, physical, and often humorous. It brings me huge joy to witness clients come home to their bodies and themselves. Sometimes it’ll be tough but/and the freedom to be the person you truly is worth it!
