Sometimes life leaves us feeling confused, stressed and emotionally low. I have experience working with adults helping them overcome their struggles with anxiety and depression and with issues such as family and parenting stress, school and work difficulties, unhappy relationships, loss of a loved one and trauma. I also work with children, ages 5-17, who are experiencing difficulties at school and, or at home. I do individual, family and play therapy (with younger children). I believe, given some gentle direction, people can harness their instinctual ability to decrease their own distress and to live a more contented life.
