Welcome. I know it can be hard to seek help. I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults who are eager to improve their lives, and the way they act, think and feel. Goals may include the development of healthy boundaries and self-esteem, building an inventory of specific coping strategies, or fulfilling one's dreams and potential. I help individuals take responsibility for their lives: to heal, learn, gain the strength to risk change, and move forward. My goal is to help people blossom into their very best selves.
