About
As a licensed clinician for over 15 years, I have walked along side of many individuals who have struggled with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions and grief and loss. Together, through the work we do, many have found healing, freedom and true-life changing transformation. I have a passion for working with women across the life span from young adulthood to marriage, conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum years and through empty nesting, perimenopause and menopause. I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental approach, and my focus is on you as a whole person to include body, mind, spirit and soul. View 4 Photos Throughout my career I have obtained certifications in perinatal mental health and grief in loss with a concentration on the loss of a child. I am a trained and certified doula through DONA Institute, postpartum care clinician and certified childbirth educator. I am a woman of faith, and I can include Christ centered counseling during our times together.
