I am a licensed clinical professional counselor with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I work to facilitate positive change and growth for those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship issues. I am particularly interested in the challenges and growth we experience during life transitions such as changes in relationships, career, college, health, marriage, divorce and the changes which occur during our mid life years. I work to provide a safe and supportive therapeutic environment in which the client can explore their difficulties.
