Welcome to Rula! I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). My approach to therapy includes person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and psychodynamic modalities; I will tailor our dialog and plan of care to meet your expressed needs/wants. My areas of practice include trauma, anxiety, depression, codependence, anger, and emotional fatigue. I am an active listener. I offer insight and resources that you're free to take or disregard - you're in charge of your own healing/recovery and know when you're ready for new information and when to put those new skills into practice.
