I adopt a person-centered therapeutic approach, and provide unconditional positive regard in a supportive setting. I allot every individual the opportunity to find clarity and peace in a safe space with kindness, free of any judgment. I aim to aid in comprehending complex thought processes and feelings by reflecting and clarifying. I have an intrinsic passion and love for helping adults, adolescents and children alike in discovering their most enlightened self. I am a certified School Psychologist with 4 years of graduate school; a Master’s degree in clinical psychology and 2 years of graduate school specializing in school psychology respectively. This has allotted me the opportunity to obtain 25 years of clinical experience.
