Being a young professional in the NYC-area can be utterly stressful. Are you finding it hard to concentrate? Do you lack motivation to complete tasks in various areas of your life? I will create a safe space to explore these challenges and promote healthier coping skills and tips. I believe if you can gain skills in one area of your life, they can be transferred to personal relationships, social life, and more. With my focus on ADHD, I can work with you to properly diagnose and provide treatment to best manage in your daily life. I have extensive experience working with individuals and families in an outpatient setting, from children to adults. Modalities of choice are CBT and psychodynamic. I have specific experience in diagnosing and treating ADHD.
