Anna (she/her) is a licensed graduate social worker with a master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of St Thomas. Anna is skilled at helping adolescents and adults navigate a wide range of challenges. Her interest areas include depression and anxiety, suicidal ideation, severe and persistent mental illness, psychosis, life transitions and grief and loss.“In today’s fast paced and often overwhelming world, I offer a safe space to slow down, and take a breath. My approach is person centered and strengths based, recognizing the impact of trauma and systemic circumstances on our experiences and coping abilities.
