I work with Teens (16+) and Adults struggling with various parts of life. I recognize and respect that each individual has unique experiences and perspectives that shape their lives. I lead with compassion, empathy, and often some humor when working with clients. I work to create a warm and open space for people to be able to feel comfortable showing up for themselves as they are. I enjoy working with individuals who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, boundary setting, identity exploration, perinatal mental health, and past trauma.
