At Her Voice Unfolding, my ideal client is a woman who appears capable and high-functioning on the outside, but feels anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected on the inside. She’s often the one others rely on, yet she feels exhausted from carrying so much alone. She may be navigating a life transition, burnout, motherhood, or relationship stress, and longs for a space where she doesn’t have to perform or hold it together. Her goal is to feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to herself—moving out of survival mode and into a life that feels more manageable and authentic.
