It is a strikingly common experience to feel alone in a sea of people. Many of us feel disconnected or helpless, suspecting that others know something we don't, and questioning the health of our relationships. Though my therapy practice addresses a range of issues, my main areas of focus are anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. I work with individuals experiencing questions of identity, shame or low self-worth, hypervigilance, and relational issues; and who struggle with trust, vulnerability, decision making, and communication. My work also encompasses spiritual/religious trauma, grief, and body image issues.
