I am a licensed psychologist practicing in the Central Austin area. I have extensive experience providing individual, couples and family therapy to adolescents and adults. Over the years, I have seen how therapy helps individuals learn to cope with life's challenges more efficiently and effectively. Therapy is a life-enriching process that fosters a deeper attunement to oneself, others and the surrounding environment, helping life feel more meaningful and coherent. I have a particular interest in helping individuals navigate life transitions. Much of my research and work has focused on how people establish a more stable sense of identity over time. Relationship and career challenges often arise as we strive to develop a more coherent and grounded sense of self through love and work.
