Hi, my name is Anna, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Indiana. Taking that first step to acknowledging that you need help is one of the hardest ones, so finding a counselor you are able to connect with shouldn't be. I have 6 plus years of experience working with younger individuals on a large array of concerns, from preteen to teenage transitions, behavioral concerns, depression, as well as trauma. Let's face it, it is hard to be a kid, and there are times that are more difficult than others as we develop and grow. As the clinician, I try to ensure each session is tailored to assist the client in what is needed at that time. The client and I will work as a team to identify areas of challenge as well as construct treatment goals to work on reducing those challenges.
