Are you feeling overwhelmed by relationships where boundaries feel unclear, one-sided, or exhausting—whether with a partner, parent, child, or employer? I help individuals learn to set healthy boundaries without guilt, rebuild confidence, and feel more grounded. I’m especially passionate about supporting trauma survivors, including first responders, as they develop coping skills, process painful experiences, and move toward genuine healing. I also enjoy working with children and parents to strengthen connection, improve emotional regulation, build confidence, and navigate parenting challenges.
