I take a thoughtful, compassionate approach to help you reconnect with your own insight and resilience. Whether you’re working through something specific or simply feeling ready to understand yourself on a deeper level, I’m here to support you in that process with hone With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University, I take a psychodynamic and person-centered approach to therapy. I work with individuals across the lifespan, specializing in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and life transitions.
