I specialize in a range of concerns, including Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Substance Use Disorder, Child Therapy, Anxious Parenting and Family Concerns. I work with adults and children. I am trained in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Feminist Theory, and Open Dialogue Therapy. I help people process and learn skills to thrive in their life.
