My goal is to help you improve your relationship to yourself, and feel more comfortable and confident with who you are. Those seeking therapy have the awareness that something is not sitting right as well as the initiative to do something about it. In beginning this process, it can be easy to second-guess, to diminish our problems or feel that we "have nothing to complain about." I believe that there is no worry that does not deserve to be heard and talked through; everyone has the right to feel better, and that is something we can work toward together.
