I aim to provide a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients can connect with their most authentic selves. I draw from evidence-based models including ACT and IFS as well as mindfulness principles. Through a strengths-based, trauma-informed perspective, I use empathy, authenticity, and humor to help clients explore their unique stories, work on their goals, and find new ways of relating to themselves and others.
