Experienced in therapy/coaching with Neurodivergent adults and folks living with Disability/chronic illness. I know how feeling misunderstood and other-ed can be deeply challenging, especially if you navigate the world with a unique set of experiences or marginalized experiences. I know what it's like to navigate the world from that position, especially with regards to Disability, Neurodivergence, Queer identity, and complex trauma. I honor my clients' lived experiences and cultural contexts that they come from, tailor my approach and range of therapeutic tools to fit you and your needs, not the other way around.
