I am passionate about working with teenagers and adults navigating hardships in their lives and consider it a privilege to walk alongside them. I have experience helping individuals recover from addiction and establish sobriety/recovery from substance abuse and eating disorders. I find it an honor to support individuals as they navigate codependency, familial discord, spousal discord, betrayal trauma, grief-induced anger, life transitions, reintegration into society after incarceration, anxiety, and depression. It brings me joy to help others heal, establish boundaries and coping skills, find their voice, and process their emotions.
