My work centers on helping you see that story clearly, reduce anxiety, and create lasting change in how you relate to yourself and the people you love. I work with adults navigating parenting struggles, or the pain of rejection from a family member; couples caught in repeating arguments or feeling disconnected; adults struggling with loyalty binds, family cutoffs, and seeking new ways to communicate and relate to loved ones.
