I am a practicum intern therapist grounded in the belief that therapy is a relational and whole-person process. I work with a range of clients and am passionate about supporting young adults navigating life transitions, relational dynamics, and identity. I describe my presence, in life and the therapy room, as chaotic zen: alive with curiosity and spontaneity, while rooted in introspection and mindfulness. I bring a grounded, creatively attuned energy that supports clients in exploring the full range of human experience. My goal is to offer a safe space where clients can explore their connection to themselves, others, and the world.
