Welcome! My goal as a mental health counselor is to provide a space for individuals and families that allow them to feel safe to be their most authentic selves, with the hope of empowering them to live a life of freedom and fulfillment. Whether you're facing a difficult life transition, the effects of trauma, symptoms of depression/anxiety, or family turmoils, I'm here to help you navigate the things that might feel impossible to conquer. I understand that confronting your own struggles, whether past or present, can be challenging. I'd be honored for you to allow me to walk with you through your healing and growth journey. I take an individualized approach to treatment, ranging from talk therapy to more hands-on interventions. Each client has their own background & cultural experiences! No one treatment modality works for each person. I offer EMDR to address trauma. I’m currently accepting clients for telehealth virtual sessions only! EMDR can also be conducted via telehealth.
