I work with individuals who are going through painful or overwhelming experiences, including trauma, and mood disorders such as Generalized Anxiety, Panic Disorder, or Major Depression. I’m also here to help those who struggle with life's many challenges including burnout, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions and other emotional difficulties. I enjoy working with both teens and adults and offer a compassionate, safe space to feel heard, understood and supported.
