As we build rapport and establish your counseling goals, I will gently challenge you to get where you want to go. Sessions are goal oriented and directive. As a trained Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you identify how your thoughts affect your feelings and behaviors. I offer individual and couples sessions to increase healthy communication, boundary setting and overall mood regulation.
