If you're like many of my clients, you've tried coping on your own but things aren't getting better. As a psychotherapist, I believe therapy is a path to healing and growth. Through a collaborative approach, I aim to help you achieve your goals, develop healthier relationships, find relief from distressing symptoms, and discover more comfort within yourself and in your life. Together, our work will address the barriers, behaviors, and past issues that inhibit change, in order to improve present day problems and symptoms.
