I offer a warm environment to understand what is important to you and what has gotten in the way of reaching your goals. The purpose of therapy is to help you explore your own reasons for change and to support you in making choices that fit your life and values. It’s a conversation where you’re in control, and I’m here to guide and support you without judgment.
