People do not come one size fits all, but one thing that can meet the needs of many is empathy. The ability to sit with another person in their pain, confusion, or fear is powerful. My goal with clients is always to meet them where they are and be present with them as they navigate life's ups and downs. I enjoy collaborating with clients and creating a safe space where vulnerability and brokenness can be freely expressed without guilt or shame. I work with individuals to provide treatment for a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and grief.
