Hi there! I’m glad you’re here. Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, and you’re not alone if you feel uncertain or stuck. I’m here to support you on this journey. My goal is to create a non-judgmental and inclusive space where you feel seen, heard, and valued. I'm passionate about working with immigrant communities and bring an understanding of the complexities of living between multiple worlds, including culture, religion, and familial roles and expectations. I center each person’s unique lived experiences and strive to create a therapeutic space that feels affirming.
