Looking for someone your teen will relate to & feel understood by? That’s me! As an AuDHD therapist, I practice from a relational, trauma-informed approach because I truly “get it.” I work with teenagers who have had a hard time finding someone who they feel they can be themselves with. My specialities are working with teenagers & young adults who are neurodivergent (OCD, Autism, ADHD, (c)PTSD), & who are queer, transgender, &/or gender diverse. Complex, attachment, & religious trauma, &/or those looking to heal relationship with food & their Bodies are my other areas of specialization. Relational therapy is at the core of what I do. I work from a somatic trauma based approach as a way to help create a mind-body connection. My therapy approach is based in my belief that we all need someone who can hold hope for us when we don’t have hope for ourselves. I bring my whole self into the work I do by utilizing compassion and humor.
