I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents, adults and families. I have extensive experience working with a variety of psychological issues, including, depression, anxiety, adjustment/relationship issues, loss/grief, medical/chronic illness, trauma-related distress, low self esteem, anger management and disordered eating. I believe that an integrative approach is crucial when working with my clients and primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing along with being certified as a Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider.
