I am a licensed clinical social worker with 10+ years of experience having spent most of my early career working with families impacted by the child welfare system in New York City. In my regular therapy practice, I use an integrative and eclectic approach, matching to where you are in the moment and working with you to find a path through, and then forward. We don't need to dig up all the ways your past is impacting your current life, but we certainly can go there if that is what best serves you and your goals!
