Seeking support through counseling is both a difficult decision and a daunting task. I realize you are likely experiencing something difficult that brought you to this place, and I commend you for the bravery it takes to start researching therapy options. I have been providing therapy for over 10 years and in private practice for over 5. Prior to my work as a therapist, I provided end-of-life support to families in the Helena. I strive to make therapy a comfortable experience in which you will will feel seen, heard, and supported. I have extensive training in and primarily use ACT, CBT, and EFT approaches.
